While exploring Beirut, this crocodile caught my attention almost immediately. Slouched against the wall with a sideways blue cap, a spray can in hand, and a look that suggests he'd rather be anywhere else, the character feels less like a reptile and more like someone you've met before. It's the kind of street art that makes you stop, smile, and take a closer look.
Set against a bright blue backdrop, the oversized green crocodile brings a playful, cartoon-like personality to the wall. The exaggerated expression, relaxed pose, and spray can give the piece a sense of humour that stood out among the layers of street art around it.
If you're the artist, or know how to reach them, we'd love to connect. Our goal is to properly credit and celebrate the artists behind the work we discover.
